If there's one thing I've learnt since being a model, it's that our bodies have to carry us through life. They are the vessel to our dreams, and we need to appreciate what they can do for us, instead of focusing on how they look.
I remember a time when I wanted to change everything about myself. I struggled with body dysmorphia, an eating disorder and went to extreme lengths to be thin.
I've worked on my mindset, self-love and body positivity tirelessly and have trained my brain to truly love myself.
