This was a highly requested topic and so here I am providing the goods on how YOU, yes YOU, can become the most magnetic woman in the room.
Becoming the most magnetic women in the room has a lot to do with your confidence, sense of self-worth, self-love and of course your overall mindset. You have to be unshakable in your convictions and know you not only deserve to be in the room but that you can own any room you walk into and here's how.

I want to bust a common myth about confidence or having charisma and that is "people are born with confidence, either you have it or you don't". I hear this a lot from people struggling with their confidence but it could not be further from the truth.
Your confidence is like a muscle, the more you use it, the stronger it gets!
Work on Your Internal Dialogue
Speaking confidently means believing in yourself and the things you have to say, to others and YOURSELF. This means there's no room for talking down to yourself, or "maybes" or "I think" in your vocabulary. Sounding confident is just as important as looking confident.
People can hear and feel your emotions and will pick up on your internal dialogue. But more important than anything it affects how you show up for YOURSELF.
So be mindful of the things you tell yourself and the stories you live in.
Make Other People Feel Special
This goes for all relationships in your life, and that is, being present in the here and now. Pay attention to the things people take the time and energy to say to you and stop thinking about what you feel like for dinner. Put the effort into listening and responding to people thoughtfully.
During studying NLP I've learnt that the meaning of the communication is not just what you intend but the response that you get. How you make others feel will always be something people remember you for.
Improve Your Body Language
To walk into a room and light it up you have to feel radiant, confident and bold. Think about your body language and how you're presenting yourself as you walk in the room.
Are you unafraid to take up space, look people in the eyes or even just say hello? Or are you sticking to the outsides of the room and only looking for the people you know?
To make yourself look confident to others you have to walk into a room feeling confident. Easier said than done right? Give yourself a pep talk, as I said, your internal dialogue can be game changing!
Reminding yourself that you are worthy, confident and deserve to be there. Stand up tall, remind yourself that you have important things to say.
Remember that if you're more of an introverted person, confidence comes in many different forms. The most magnetic person in the room doesn't mean you have to be the loudest, bubbliest and most extraverted person, your air of confidence, humility and competence might be what makes you magnetic.
Confidence is about strengthening your relationship with who you are as a person and the goals you have in life so work on these every day.
